For years, my work experience was in the hospitality industry. I realized if I were ever going to reach the potential I believed I had, I needed to change.  I knew there was so much more (and then some) to life than what I was living, but I wasn’t aware of how to get there.
Where, what and how do we change?
Those are the questions—those were my questions.
Like me, many times individuals and corporations do the same things over and over again and expect different results.
I found that to change me, I had to change my thinking. I had to ferret out the beliefs that limited me and begin to think differently.  I had to start thinking like the person I wanted to become. When I started to do that, I found that there was so much more to me than I had ever imagined.
When I figured that out, I was thrilled. Every time I would experience success in becoming that person, I was ecstatic to find out that I could become even more!
I found this out as the CEO of a non-profit. In 2004, we started with only two employees and an office that was non-medical. By 2011, we ended up with 2 fully staffed medical facilities and a mobile medical unit that served 3 counties. Along the way, I grew into the leader that the organization needed. As I grew, it grew! Learning to lead myself and then empowering others to lead was crucial in creating momentum for explosive growth and for raising the funds needed for that growth. This and a strong succession plan allowed me to leave my legacy and start my coaching and consulting business in 2018 without that non-profit missing a beat. It is still thriving in 2024!
As a business owner and international coach, I worked in Costa Rica with The Maxwell Leadership Certified Team. We were invited by President Luis Guillermo Solis to develop strategies to bring leadership transformation to his country. This is what I do now; assist CEOs, businesses and organizations with leadership development and transformation.

I offer performance coaching, leadership consulting and strategies for crushing limiting beliefs that hold people back. It is so rewarding to see the joy in people's eyes when we change those beliefs, unleash their awesome selves, because they can discover their “and then some.” Coaching and/or mentoring and developing leadership skills are keys to exponential growth, excellence in staff and preventing burnout.
